Eva is an experienced Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Keynote Speaker who works with senior leaders navigating complexity and driving meaningful impact. With a background that spans corporate leadership, government, and public service, she brings a unique and holistic perspective to her coaching practice.
Eva has held executive roles in the private sector and founded an international consulting firm before turning her focus to executive coaching. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for The Graduate Institute, where she helps shape its Organizational Leadership curriculum, and on the board of Harmony House, a nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness. Eva specializes in building leadership team trust and alignment, strengthening high-impact communication, and supporting strategic execution. Her coaching helps leaders step confidently into new roles, guide innovation, and lead through change with emotional intelligence and clarity.
