Her career began in creative agencies before evolving into corporate communications leadership roles within multinational organizations. Leading international teams of up to 30 people, she drove strategic initiatives spanning executive communications, reputation management, change communication, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.
Today, Céline draws on her leadership experience and expertise as an NLP Master Practitioner to support clients across sectors as a leadership coach, facilitator, and communications advisor. She helps executives strengthen their impact, build high-performing teams, and create sustainable behavioral change. Culturally agile and fluent in French, English, and Spanish, she builds trusted relationships across diverse international environments.
