Annabel Harper

Annabel is a best-selling author, speaker, and experienced international Leadership and Executive Coach and Facilitator. She works internationally with senior, director, and board level clients from a variety of global multinationals and SMEs across financial services, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, energy, and government.
She regularly designs and facilitates large and small group learning both virtually and in person on topics including leadership skills, coaching for leaders, giving feedback, and storytelling. Annabel is part of London Business School’s Executive Education coach team and Lead Coach on several international leadership programs. She teaches on the Masters in Coaching at Cambridge University and has a long-held focus on women and leadership in the Middle East, where she has worked for more than 10 years. Her book “Shujaah‘ah: Bold Leadership for Women of the Middle East” was a finalist in the Business Book Awards 2021.
