Marcia is an Executive Coach, leadership development consultant, and author of The Neuroscience of Leadership: Rewire. Untangle. Lead. — a book that bridges cutting-edge brain science with the real-world demands of leading at the highest levels. She is Professor Emerita of Leadership at Golden Gate University's Ageno School of Business, where she designed and directed a Master's in Leadership program and held a research professorship in neuroscience and leadership.
