Peter’s leadership coaching practice is focused primarily on high-potential senior managers in a variety of industries, including finance, media, retail, real estate, and technology.
Peter transitioned into executive coaching after three decades of success in finance, where he held leadership positions as an investment banker, a fixed-income trader and salesman, and as a CEO focused on international markets. Highlights of his finance career include nine years as Senior Managing Director and Head of Emerging Market Fixed Income Sales at Bear Stearns & Co., and later as CEO and Chairman of the Board of a US broker-dealer. He manages his coaching portfolio very intentionally, including both senior executives and younger leaders in the early to mid-stages of their careers.
