Vicky has more than 25 years’ experience of consultancy and development work in leadership, strategy, policy, and economics.
For the past twenty years she has been developing strategic thinking, leadership, decision making, and effective board-level communications skills across China, Europe, the USA, India, South Africa, and Southeast Asia. Before moving into leadership development full-time, she was a consultant in the Strategy, Policy, and Economic Division of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has firsthand experience as a business owner, having co-founded a successful software business and a consultancy.
