Linzy supports senior leaders, leadership teams, and high potential individuals toward higher performance through the strategic implementation of business goals and the behavioral and mindset changes required to drive success.

Her experience spans large global nonprofits engaging with governments and civil society, entrepreneurial Silicon Valley start-ups, traditional financial institutions adapting to today's global marketplace, and National Olympic Committees supporting athlete career transitions. With coaching and facilitation experience across more than 25 countries, she brings both cultural flexibility and deep business acumen to every engagement. Her background as a professional volleyball player and coach in the US, Europe, and South America gives her a unique ability to navigate the complexity and ambiguity that talented leaders and teams face.

Elevating executive   leadership in Oman

Designed and led an eight-month leadership   journey to accelerate the ability of senior leaders to operate at a globally competitive level, through international modules, applied business experiments, immersive visits, and one-on-one coaching.


Innovation leadership and cultural transformation in Kuwait

Designed and delivered a six-month development experience for 25 leaders to foster innovation capabilities and drive organizational change, cultivating entrepreneurial thinking, collaborative team leadership, and strategic implementation.


Agile transformation of a global Fortune 500 company

Partnered with the Chief Transformation Officer, VP of Agile Academy, and ExCom members to assess team dynamics and deliver coaching and team development to support the behavioral changes needed for sustainable agile ways of working.


Culture transformation for a global NGO

Partnered with an incoming CEO and CHRO to design and implement organization-wide culture change initiatives, building a performance-based culture focused on accountability and global collaboration, including facilitation of three 150-person all-staff meetings.


Life after sport for Olympic athletes

Designed and facilitated a one-year online transition program for US and Canadian Olympic athletes retiring from sport, focused on embracing change, normalizing the transition experience, and identifying transferable skills.
