Niki brings a rare combination of organizational psychology, cross-cultural experience, and operational precision to her role as Osprey's Strategic Coordinator. She is the connective thread across Osprey's projects and client engagements, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while staying closely attuned to the people and relationships at the heart of the work.

Niki holds a Master's degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Her academic grounding in how people think, what drives behavior at work, and what organizations need to perform at their best gives her a genuine understanding of the field that informs everything she does at Osprey — from how she supports program design to how she thinks about client experience.

Before joining Osprey, Niki designed and managed international experiential education programs for MBA and EMBA students, leading projects from inception through delivery and working with participants from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. That experience gave her a strong foundation in program design, stakeholder coordination, and creating environments where people can do their best work. She brings the same care and attention to every Osprey engagement she supports.

Originally from the Czech Republic and experienced working across cultures and time zones, Niki is comfortable navigating complexity with calm and good humor. Clients who interact with her find a warm, reliable, and thoughtful point of contact who genuinely cares about getting things right.
