Valentina supports the day-to-day delivery and coordination of Osprey’s leadership development programs, events, and client activities, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and participants.

Prior to joining Osprey, Valentina worked with London Business School and Henley Business School across England and Hong Kong, delivering leadership development programs for international clients across Europe and Asia. In those roles, she collaborated with a diverse range of clients, faculty members, coaches, and stakeholders to help deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Since 2017, Valentina has also worked independently, managing programs and events for a broad portfolio of international organizations across multiple industries. Her experience in program delivery, stakeholder management, and client relations enables her to build strong partnerships and support successful outcomes for clients around the world.
